As a graduate at twoday kapacity, you will go through a customized program for 12 months, which prepares you for life as a Business Intelligence Consultant at twoday kapacity. 

The program is highly technical and backend-oriented, and you will receive relevant education, and a selected mentor who will guide you throughout the program - and you will be in contact with our clients from day one.

After 12 months, you will find yourself in an exciting daily routine with challenging projects for our clients, which are among the largest companies in Denmark. The program takes place at our offices in Aarhus, Kolding, Aalborg, and Copenhagen.

Look forward to: 

  • Dive deeper into various data disciplines such as data warehousing, data lake, data science, data management, etc.
  • Learn how to navigate as a consultant. The aforementioned techniques are just one part of life at twoday kapacity. Being a consultant is a discipline in itself. Therefore, you will also be trained in everything from presentation techniques to formulating complex messages, handling different types of clients, etc.
  • Join a strong team consisting of some of Denmark's most skilled and dedicated consultants.
  • Work with some of Denmark's largest companies such as Nykredit, Krifa, and GN.
  • Get responsibility, freedom, and professional development.

It is difficult to put the right candidate in a box, but our chance of joint success increases if you have: 

  • The desire to put your knowledge into play and become better
  • A higher education degree from, for example, DTU, CBS, ITU, AAU or KU. It can be cand.it, cand.polit., cand.merc.bi, HA(it.) or another relevant education
  • A positive attitude and interest in talking to and understanding your customers and colleagues
  • The courage to hesitate and admit that you don't know everything. By the way, we don't either
  • Space in your calendar for our (many) social events. They are fun, promise!
