As a Business Analytics Consultant in Customer Care, you and the team will be responsible for supporting and further developing of the data solutions we deliver to our customers.
This job requires both hands-on experiences with Microsoft’s Business Analytics tools and willingness and ability to meet our customers where they are and deliver the extra good service, that customers notice and just want more of.

As a Business Analytics Consultant in Customer Care, you become part of a team that, besides incident handling, steps in on a wide range of other exciting tasks:
Contribute to setting the direction and the action behind ensuring that our customers receive the best possible customer service
Welcome new customers in Customer Care with open arms
Incident handling
Fast-track development tasks for expansions of customers solutions
Proactive monitoring of customers solutions
Sparring and counselling customers on how they get even more value out of the solutions
Online sessions with customers in relevant professional areas
Ensure that the customers solutions run stably, perform and are continuously optimized

You already work with data, so you know what it is about. You have several years of relevant experience
You have hands-on experience with dimensional modeling and tabular models
You are strong in Microsoft’s primary on-premise- and Azure-tools, including SSIS, SSAS, Power BI, ADF and Azure DevOps
You are solution-oriented and take the lead to reach the goal
You possess strong communication skills and speak and write fluent Danish and English
You are a team player and are ready to give what it takes to create a good relationship with colleagues and customers
